What is FLIPGNOME?
FLIPGNOME is a premium design object with a hidden rebellious side. By day, it looks like a clean and minimalist garden gnome. After sunset, things get a little less innocent. FLIPGNOME is designed for gardens, bars, mancaves, student houses and anyone who wants a garden gnome with a little more attitude.
Is FLIPGNOME a middle-finger garden gnome?
Let's just say that FLIPGNOME is not your average garden gnome. The hidden red FLIP side is definitely not there to wave hello. It's a premium garden gnome with a rebellious twist, designed to look innocent until you decide it's time to flip.
So yes: technically FLIPGNOME is a naughty middle-finger gnome
Or, if you prefer the more playful version, he's basically flipping the bird...
just with a twist, and one that looks damn good!
How does the flip work?
The hidden mechanism is activated using the included RF remote control. One press of the button reveals the other side. Simple, unexpected and slightly disrespectful.
Can FLIPGNOME be used outdoors?
Yes. FLIPGNOME is designed for both indoor and outdoor use and has an IP65 rating. Rain is fine. A Dutch autumn? We've designed for that too.
Does FLIPGNOME have lighting?
Yes. FLIPGNOME features ambient warm-white lighting as well as the signature high-intensity red FLIP glow. The red glow is what makes the other side rather difficult to ignore.
When will Batch #1 ship?
Batch #1 is the limited first production run of FLIPGNOME.

Does FLIPGNOME support Smart Home automation?
Yes. The RF version of FLIPGNOME is designed to work with Smart Home systems that support 433 MHz RF integrations, including systems such as Home Assistant and Homey Pro.
Which batteries does FLIPGNOME use?
FLIPGNOME uses two AA batteries for its lighting and flip mechanism. The RF remote control uses a separate battery.
Is FLIPGNOME a limited edition?
Yes. The first production batch is strictly limited and will be produced as a numbered First Edition. Once this batch is gone, the First Edition is gone.
