These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through FLIPGNOME's online store. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded through the FLIPGNOME online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products and Product Information
We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product images are intended to provide a realistic representation of the product. However, minor differences in colour, finish or appearance may occur.
FLIPGNOME products are design objects and should be used in accordance with the instructions and product information supplied with the product.
4. Prices
All prices displayed in the online store are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law. Any additional costs, such as shipping costs or applicable taxes and duties, will be clearly communicated before the order is completed, where applicable.
5. Orders and Contract
You place an order by completing the ordering process and submitting your order through the online store. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The purchase agreement is concluded when your order has been accepted by FLIPGNOME and the order confirmation has been sent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, for example in the event of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or product availability issues. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout. The available payment methods and any applicable conditions will be shown before the order is completed.
7. Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as reasonably possible. The estimated delivery time and applicable shipping costs will be shown during the ordering process or in the order confirmation.

8. Risk and Delivery
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to the consumer when the product has been delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer.
9. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period normally begins on the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the product.

10. Returns and Refunds
When a valid withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs paid for the original order, subject to applicable law. The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the product during the withdrawal period. The product should only be handled to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary and its value has consequently decreased, we may be entitled to claim compensation for that reduction in value, where permitted by law.

12. Warranty
FLIPGNOME products are covered by the statutory consumer warranty applicable in the country of purchase. Any additional commercial warranty will be stated separately with the product or in the applicable product documentation.
13. Liability
We are liable in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or statutory consumer rights.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the FLIPGNOME website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use such content without our prior written permission, unless permitted by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the agreement. If you are a consumer residing in another country, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
